HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER AND PAY?

Shopping at Bluebella is quick and easy. All products are in stock and ready for despatch unless otherwise stated.

AVAILABILITY

To avoid disappointment and delays you can only order items that we have in stock.

Our site tells you if an item is out of stock in a particular size – unfortunately we cannot guarantee that new stock will become available.

 

HOW TO ORDER

Browse the shop by clicking on the product categories in the navigation at the top of the screen. Click on product pictures to see more information and to load a larger picture.

When you find a product you want to buy, click the "Add to basket" button to add it to your basket.

The item will now be shown in your shopping basket on the right of the screen. The total cost of items in the basket will be calculated automatically. Remember that all prices include VAT

You need to have cookies enabled in your Web browser to shop here. We use cookies to keep track of your current shopping session to personalise your experience and so that you may retrieve your shopping basket at any time - if you do not accept cookies you will not be able to buy from the Bluebella website. Your Web browser will probably be automatically set to use cookies - click here to check your browser.

When you have finished shopping, click the 'Go to Checkout' link and you will be taken through the simple and secure payment process.

You can place an order online and pay by credit card, debit card or PayPal.

Your card details are verified automatically online by Shopify Payments, and are not stored on the site.

Your personal details are kept secure at all times and are not shared with any other companies.

Once an order is placed on our website we are unable to make changes or additions. 

 

HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER?

Pay for your order by credit card, debit card, via Klarna, PayPal, Amazon Payments, Apple Pay or Google Pay. When you check out, you can choose your preferred payment method and follow the simple step-by-step instructions.

Please note that when paying by debit or credit card we currently only take payment in GBP. 

 

PAYING BY CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD

Go through the secure checkout as normal and select ‘Credit card'.

You can use major credit and debit cards.

Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard and Maestro.

Debit Cards: Visa Debit.



PAYING BY KLARNA

Go through the secure checkout as normal and select "Buy now, pay later with Klarna".

Once you have reviewed your order you will be redirected to Klarna to complete your purchase.

You will then be directed through the process to set up your payment agreement with Klarna. For more details on how this works, please click here for more information.

Please note that payment by Klarna is only available to our UK customers.



PAYING BY PAYPAL

Go through the secure checkout as normal and select ‘PayPal'.

You will be taken to the PayPal site to log into your account and set up the payment.

You will be automatically returned to the Bluebella site to confirm the payment total and place the order.

Your PayPal account will show a charge to Bluebella. It is not possible for us to change this name on the PayPal system.

 

PAYING BY AMAZON PAYMENTS

We now offer Amazon Payments as an alternative to entering your credit card details or using Paypal. To use this option you will need to have an Amazon account that has at least one delivery address and payment method stored.

Go through the secure checkout as normal and select ‘Amazon Payments'.

You will be prompted to log in to your Amazon account using your Amazon username and password. Once logged in, you can select from the delivery addresses and payment methods associated with that account.

You can then continue as normal to confirm the payment total and place the order.

Your Bluebella order will not appear in your Amazon account, because it is not being placed with Amazon - only the delivery and payment details are being utilised. Please note that Bluebella does not store the payment details - your card information is retained by Amazon and held only on their secure servers.

The payment will appear on your credit or debit card, listed as a charge to Bluebella. It is not possible for us to change this name on your payment method system.

 

PAYING BY APPLE/GOOGLE PAY

This payment method is only available when you purchase from your mobile device. You will need to have already set up an Apple Pay or Google Pay account.

Go through the secure checkout as normal and - in the express checkout section - select either Apple Pay or Google Pay.

You will then be asked to log into your Apple Pay/Google Pay account - follow the instructions to authorise the payment. 

Finally, you’ll be redirected to the Bluebella website to confirm your order.

HOW TO USE A DISCOUNT CODE WHEN PAYING WITH APPLE PAY

The easiest way to do this is:

1 Create a Bluebella Account
2 Make sure you are logged in
3 Select Apple Pay in the express checkout box
4 Follow the instructions

If you don’t have a Bluebella account and you don’t want to create one, you will have to:

1 Enter your contact information and shipping address
2 Select your preferred shipping method
3 Enter your gift card or discount code in the ‘gift card or discount code’ box
4 GO BACK TO THE INFORMATION TAB (accessible from the top of the page)
5 Now that the discount has been applied to your total, you can select Apple Pay in the express checkout box

AFTER I HAVE ORDERED

As soon as you place an order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. The e-mail will list the products you have bought, your order total and the billing and delivery address.

Please double-check the information and if anything is wrong, please contact us as soon as possible.

When your order is despatched, you will receive another e-mail with your courier tracking code and a link to the courier website so you can monitor your delivery.

 

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?

Currently, once an order is placed and paid for on our website we are unable to make product changes or additions.

 

WHAT IF I AM OUT WHEN MY ORDER ARRIVES?

If you are out when the parcel arrives, your courier will leave a card telling you how to re-arrange delivery or where to collect your order.
