CUSTOMER CARE ASSISTANT

Location: Hoxton, London UK

Job type: Permanent/Full time (3 months trial period)

The Role:
This role will support our customer base through our stylish online store. As well as providing an excellent customer service experience, you will also provide general office support across an interesting and varied range of tasks.


Responsibilities
Reporting to the CTO you will:
  • Provide the highest standard in Customer Service
  • Develop an excellent knowledge of the administration and order management of the Bluebella Shopify e-commerce site and connecting systems
  • Manage and prioritise personal workloads effectively
  • Maintain knowledge of Bluebella products to be able to advise on style, size and fabrics
  • Be proactive in ensuring that the Customer Care team delivers a high quality customer experience
  • Continuously seek to improve the customer experience
  • Work with CS Team Leader and Web Manager to help improve the user experience on the site in line with customers feedback
  • Update the Design and Development team on customer feedback to constantly improve the product lines, manage Facebook Messenger, TrustPilot, Hot Jar feedback
  • Positively support all changes and innovation that improves the customer experience
  • Be adaptable and flexible to ensure that customer expectations are always maintained
  • Support with the daily running of our London office with administration tasks as required

Requirements:
  • A positive and bright disposition
  • The ability to use your initiative/self-starter
  • A high level of motivation
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • Perfectly spoken and written English
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent PC skills, including experience of using database systems. Experience using the Shopify and Netsuite system would be an advantage
  • Experience with B2C front line customer interaction in off line or online retail environment essential
  • Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office in particular Word and Excel
  • Excellent administrative skills
  • A flexible approach with a ‘can do’ attitude
