Bluebella WhatsApp prize draw — terms and conditions
Please read these terms carefully before entering. By entering the prize draw you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Promoter
The promotion is run by Bluebella Ltd, Brickfields, Unit 201, 37 Cremer Street, Hoxton, London, E2 8HD. Company registered number 5566892. VAT registration number GB 893 0951 93. For queries contact care@bluebella.com.
2. The promotion
The Bluebella WhatsApp Prize Draw (the "Promotion") offers entrants the chance to win one luxury Bluebella lingerie set per month. Five prizes are awarded each calendar month.
3. Eligibility
3.1 The Promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 or over only.
3.2 Employees of Bluebella Ltd, their immediate families, agents, and anyone professionally connected with the Promotion are not eligible to enter.
3.3 No purchase is necessary to enter.
3.4 Only one entry per person per month is permitted. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
4. How to enter
4.1 To enter, visit bluebella.com and sign up to the Bluebella WhatsApp channel via the sign-up popup during the promotional period.
4.2 Entrants must provide a valid mobile number capable of receiving WhatsApp messages.
4.3 Entry is free. No purchase is required.
4.4 Entries are accepted on a rolling monthly basis. Each eligible sign-up during a calendar month will be entered into that month's draw.
5. The prize
5.1 Five winners will be selected each calendar month.
5.2 Each winner will receive one Bluebella luxury lingerie set. Exclusions apply.
5.3 The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
5.4 Bluebella reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value if circumstances require.
6. Winner selection
6.1 Winners will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during each calendar month.
6.2 The draw will take place on or around the 5th working day of the following month.
6.3 The draw will be conducted by an independent person or by a verified random selection method.
6.4 Bluebella's decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
7. Winner notification
7.1 Winners will be notified within 5 working days of the draw.
7.2 Winners must respond within 14 days of notification to claim their prize. Failure to respond within this period will result in forfeiture and a replacement winner may be drawn.
7.3 Winners may be announced on Bluebella's WhatsApp channel and social media platforms. By entering, participants consent to their first name and initial being used in such announcements.
8. Prize fulfilment
8.1 Winners will be asked to provide a delivery address within the United Kingdom. Prizes cannot be delivered outside the UK.
8.2 Bluebella will aim to dispatch prizes within 14 working days of receiving a valid delivery address.
8.3 Bluebella accepts no responsibility for prizes lost or delayed in transit.
9. Data and privacy
9.1 Personal data provided on entry will be used solely to administer the Promotion and, where consent is given, to send WhatsApp communications from Bluebella.
9.2 By entering, participants agree to receive WhatsApp messages from Bluebella. Participants may unsubscribe at any time.
9.3 Data will be handled in accordance with Bluebella's Privacy Policy, available at bluebella.com/privacy-policy.
9.4 Bluebella will not share personal data with third parties except where required to fulfil the prize.
10. General
10.1 Bluebella reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the Promotion at any time where circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary.
10.2 Bluebella accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, or corrupted due to technical issues.
10.3 These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
10.4 The Promotion is subject to the CAP Code (UK Code of Non-broadcast Advertising and Direct & Promotional Marketing).
