As part of our Modern Sensuality campaign, we surveyed more than 1,500 women worldwide to explore how they express their sensuality and sexuality, and how they pursue their desires, helping to shed light on gaps in the public understanding of women today.

Though women may lose touch with their sensuality throughout life, it can always be found again. The research reveals lingerie plays a role in women coming back to themselves after significant life shifts like marriage, motherhood or heartbreak. Just under 45% of respondents say body changes linked to life transitions impact their sexual pleasure, more than half say burnout and stress affect how connected they feel to their own sensuality, and 68% say they feel most sensual in soft, tactile fabrics like silk and satin.
